At Crafty Mood, we want you to love your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If your piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, our team is here to help you find the right alternative or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
